Bite sized learning for building practical skills… fast!

Rapid Skill Builder online courses are ideal for basic skill development for employees of all kinds. They can be used as part of an individual development plan, as well as in support of a larger training initiative. They are often used as a pre-course activity before a planned in-person training event or as reinforcement of important skills after a training or development event, or any other situation where a practical best practice process is required and time is limited.

The participant workbooks and cue cards that accompany this eLearning course are also available separately in this store for use in local workshops, lunch-and-learn sessions, and other informal learning events. Those who take the eLearning course may download them as part of their coursework.

The Rapid Skill Builder® Suite of products offers “bite-sized” learning for building practical or foundational skills in many individual topic areas.

There are five sub families in this suite.

• A series of 26 e-learning modules take 90-120 total minutes to complete, although the learner can stop and start them as desired. They are all fully narrated and include video vignettes and assessments, as well as “flash-based” slide presentation material (with support documentation for a learner to follow).
• A series of 42 full colour printable 12-page booklets which offer a simple summary of a skill-based subject area.
  
• A series of 36 “presentation sets” which offer a 14-slide outline of a topic for a group discussion or training event.
  
• Printable facilitator guides for each of the 26 video-based RSB workshop programs.
• A number of other individual RSB resources that can be downloaded and/or printed.
